As a fitness and beauty professional for over 20 years, I aim to help you become more confident in yourself. Let's figure out your wellness and fitness goals and have fun while doing it! We will work together to help you shine inside and out.
Events Include (calendar below)
Wellness
Fitness Consultant:
- Training Package $200 for 4 weeks (4 sessions including evaluation, goal setting, workout plan, motivational and accountability calls)
- Continuing Training Sessions $40 per session (virtual)
- Sound Bath Session (meditative practice where you are immersed in resonant sounds) $150 for 45 minutes
- Group Exercise Class with friends (park meetup, minimum 3 people) $20 per person
- Paddleboard or Kayak Experience $100 per hour including board
Beauty
Hair Stylist:
- Woman's Haircut $60
- Men's Cut $35
- Partial Highlight $80 and Up
- Full Highlights $90 and Up
- Adding a Color $20
- Toner $30
- Root Touch Up $80
- Updo or Special Occasion Hairstyle $100
- Blow Dry $45 and Up
(All color services include blow dry)
